In statistics recently released, Andorra now has the highest life expectancy for any country in the world for both Men (80.62 years) and Women (86.62 years) with an overall average of 83.52 years. With a warm and dry climate, fresh air and water attributing to this statistic, it makes a mockery of one of Benjamin Franklin's most famous sayings:

The government maintains that the legislation was passed in 2001 and these agencies have had ample time to adapt to the new law. Their overall objective is to improve the image and raise the standard of Andorra as a tourist destination.
