Invico was founded in 1969 with wide reaching articles of association including that of estate agency but it was not until 1976 when Judy Hill joined the company that this aspect of INVICO's charter was implemented. In those days the services provided included involved looking after clients from the sale to the grave, as there were very few estate agencies to assist clients and certainly no undertakers. In the intervening years a lot of things have changed but not INVICO's dedicated approach to personal service with the clients' interests always to the fore.

In a small country like Andorra reputations are built on honesty and integrity and although these qualities are not apparent to newcomers they are to established residents who in turn who generate INVICO's extensive property portfolio.

INVICO is proud of the "one stop shop" service it provides. This covers all aspects of helping newcomers integrate into a new society from assessing clients requirements to find them the ideal property, to obtaining the highly valued residence permit. Assistance with importation of family pets and household effects, induction into the local educational systems for children, introduction to Andorran private banking, recommendations of where to shop for what are but a part of our service.
